Submitting articles

The GDN allows anyone to submit articles. On the homepage there is a button to submit an article. These will be reviewed by our team before being published.

Rules

Articles must be related to Geometry Dash and must be original content. Do not submit articles that are copied from other sources or are not related to Geometry Dash. Articles must be given a thumbnail image URL. We suggest using a google drive link set to public access. Keep in mind that articles are downloaded and put in the code, so use your own image. The category must represent the content of the article.

First article

When your first articles is approved, it will be published on the website. We will notify you via email when this happens. We will also ask for your discord username, so you can get the author role in our server. This is an optional step and you can always change your mind later.

Next articles

When your first article is approved, you can submit more articles. We will review each article before publishing it. We will also notify you via email when your article is published.

Rights

When submitting an article to the GDN you (in a way) give the right for this article to the GDN and accept the fact that any other website can use your article with the api. These websites are required to add your name as the author. The GDN can edit any article at any point. You will be notified when this happens. You can always ask for your article to be removed.
